Shipping
- Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within Australia.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Your item(s) will be packed and shipped within 3 days.
- A shipping confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of the item(s) leaving the warehouse.
- In the case that your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will contact you immediately.

Damages
Upon arrival, please inspect the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any damage, please make a note when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. If you do accept delivery of a damaged package, you are required to take photos immediately of the damages (packaging and/or products) and forward to our Customer Service team at info@homeharvesthub.com.au
